And just mix it all together with a spoon. Done! This spice set could be used for every dish you want if you like spicy food: yogurt, fried vegetables or different kinds of tea-beverage. By the way, bold decision.

For the filling
Then follow these steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 270°C, cut the pumpkin in half and bake it before it's mushy.
2. Mix all the ingredients for dough together: flour, small diced cold butter, 1/2 cups sugar, 3 beaten eggs, a pinch of salt.
3. Take the dough out the bowl, gather it into the ball, turn it onto a plastic wrap and freeze it for 30 minutes in the fridge.
4. Then rolling it out, put it into baking tray, prick with a fork and bake for 10-15 minutes.
5. Mash the pumpkin (with no peel) into a puree with a blender or a fork (but it takes more time).
6. Add to puree 1/2 cups sugar, 1/3 cups milk, 2 eggs, lemon zest, pulp of orange (as much as you wish it sweet), 2 teaspoon honey (or more), our spice set and mix in.
7. Pour the filling into baked pie crust and bake it for 45-50 minutes to 180°C. Then cool the pie. Also, you may garnish it with fondant or chopped almonds or classic – with whipped cream.
Congratulations! You handled it!
When it’s cold October outside, your pumpkin pie would warm you inside. So take your favorite brew, wrap yourself in a blanket and try your best to taste.
